NASDAQ will happen when the company qualifies on all the levels (share price, trailing revenues and earnings etc) that you already listed in a different post.

Do please remember that listing on any new market carries a big upfront cost ($4m +++ last time I checked long ago) and an annual cost for exchange fees and auditing compliant with US GAAP.

We aren’t regularly breaking 8 figures of earnings per year yet. Give it time. Our current position at barely 2 years in the public markets is already extraordinary.

I’d give it 3 years...
