Looks to me like the sell prop at 22.5 cents is co-ordinated with the buy prop at 22 cents. This is squeezing out every last nervous seller at 22 cents. And once they have squeezed enough the sell prop will be nothced up a level and they will sell, making a profit.
This is just my opinion. So check it out for yourself.
