What I actually love about broker valuations using DCF or blended is trying to predict a variable model 17 years into the future.
I think I still have some early FMG DCF valuation reports from the 2000s lol.
I'm sure they will keep revising if prices keep rising. If the uranium price goes to $80 then traders think it is going to $100. It goes to $100, traders think it's going to $120.
