With Both CCJ and KAP noting they have or may have to buy on the SPOT market to have enough for existing contract requirements those utilize than have not secured replacement contracting must be nervous. The FLEX UP provisions in prior long-term contracts have been used by the nuclear power utilities for extra cheap u308. This added the deficit in extra supply we can already see. The smart positioning by several junior minors such as BOSS and PEN buying cheap u308 two or more years ago added a significant buffer to their cash positions now added to the supply deficit.
