Russia has almost no u308 except by JVs and similar not in Russia. They are a minor player in our U308! The fuel enrichment which had been "underfeeding" when full world capacity for Fuel Production was in place and the u308 price was very low has ceases. No more over spin and underfeeding for more fuel has already moved to overfeeding.
That increases the need for more U308
Spot price jumped a little. As this news settles in the prices will adjust in our Favour. Just another feather in our cap really. What Russia does in response may well be another one for us
