What point are you trying to make?
Its not relevant to calculate an 80 year life expectancy without costings. Do you know the additional capital expenditure to extend the life beyond 30 years?
The costings and forecasts are based on 30 years for very good reason. Costs dont come down, become more efficient on extension, instead go up. You find me any global feasibility report that includes a life cycle of 80 years? There isnt one because no one would warrant this.
Its not fraudulant when a report doesnt tell you want you want to hear.
As for 100% accomplishment in other countries, I was making the point it is not a pipe dream as is persistantly told here. And, Australia is more suited than those countries listed.
