What is bizarre in this country is that some are happy to support a current energy strategy that has no real timeframe or cost and also seems to be making very little impact on fossil fuels.
But as soon as another energy strategy is released, it's cost and time, lol.
Anyway, this is the current battle nationally and how much fossil fuel we still burn to keep the light on. AI will make renewables even more insignificant moving forward in terms of the ability to deliver energy when required.
I hear the LNP might want to connect energy-intensive business hubs straight to nuclear reactors for cheaper and more reliable energy. Now, we are talking progress. Global superpower in data centres and energy-intensive businesses that need 24/7 reliable energy.
