Still very early days yet in this journey for nuclear power in Australia and Dutton has certainly rattled some Labor cages and got the ball rolling. At least it now has the Australian public THINKING about nuclear as an option, as it is on every mainstream news channel, even though the majority of Australians really don't know much about it. Although, that will change in time as it's discussed more in the media etc.The first thing that needs to happen NOW is the ban on nuclear power at both federal and state levels needs to be lifted immediately. Then Australia can start to do proper independent costings and move this forward.
