I think the meeting is still the 09/09, but the 10/09 is to attend court for the hearing of the arrangement.
It looks like with the options holders exercising to common stock they probably now have the numbers by a bees dick.
Someone who has a lot of options wants to vote yes. Who owns all the Fission options?
