thats how i read it as well , the fact they will go back today to have hearing moved to the 12th and not cancelling it makes you feel they think it could go through, the cutoff for proxy votes was still unchanged and need extra time to convert options to shares , but fission share price dropped overnight maybe someone selling shares to finance options execution
