Agree, there is a cost to extend the life beyond its original life for older reactors, but new reactors will run for 60 years initially.

There is a massive disconnect between what we are being told and the reality in the global energy stage with nuclear energy. There is also a massive disconnect of being told renewables are so much cheaper but electricity prices keep going up

I hope Dutton uses international energy experts who are not anti-nuclear and blows the CSIRO and Bowen out of the water with their figures.
