Some institutions appear to be bullish on uranium and may be attempting to trigger a short squeeze on certain hedge funds. I had a gut feeling that an institutional capital raise could be on the horizon.
If SPUT trades at a premium to NAV tonight—which is possible—you could also factor in any public capital raised, depending on how long it remains above NAV over the coming weeks. It seems the short sellers got wind of this before the ASX opened.
