Nothing has really changed since $4. It was just astoundingly cheap and mis priced then, and just less so today (although still cheap imo).
I guess time has passed and no more bad news has come out which gives some more confidence to the operation generally, along with the big uplift in the sentiment of the whole sector on the back of nuclear plans globally and in particular the US.
