It's likely a lot of people/funds took short positions expecting a raise where they'd get discounted stock to cover their shorts. As the saying goes, they were caught short
URA/URNM pulled in just 2% last night on significantly reduced volume, might be a few days but high probability the trend continues higher imo. Likely the shorts will be our best mates over the coming days and will hold DYL up better than most in the sector(i don't expect to see any significant weakness anyway, just not names ripping higher for a few days)
