don't worry too much about phishpheet and his SP calls
He is one of those "traders" that you speak of..
He was long term holder of DYL, but his trading backfired on him (sold out of DYL at $1.20 and bought TOE at 50c)
Now TOE is down 26% to 37c
All he needed to do was SIT AND DO NOTHING! If he still held DYL, he would still be up 6% on today's price, but instead is down 26% on TOE
So no surprises he keeps trashing DYL, calling for low share prices
