i've found with rebalancing that the equity usually has the biggest run up before it gets added, it still moves to the upside during the rebalance but shortly after it's usually sold off as traders are aware that there will be automatic buying by the ETF's.
i'm not implying that it will go to $2 during the rebalancing then be sold off to $0.50 but it may drop in the weeks after on the short term before moving higher in the longer term.
what are you thoughts on this
