yeah i don't think new supply will come on to the market in time to meet utilities needs, that includes future demand. As a result of this as you and i know... the spot price will surge to highs not seen before. i wonder how high it will go!
i guess the point is prices need to stay at $85-90 for atleast several years to meet future targets. the peak price could be double that who knows
