project financing discussions are taking place this quarter, if they are going to raise equity for construction of tumas i'd do it now personally, maybe raise <$100m.

There's no point in raising a petty <$20m just to re-raise in 6-12 months time for a substantial amount more

then debt 1st half of 2024, followed up with offtake contract to a utility included in the debt package ( sell them cheaper pounds then future spot price and negotiate financing help). Could very well help with the cost of capex and will see us through to production

this might be an option for john, we shall see what he does
