It is just plain wrong. Obviously companies in the development stage are going to need capital and to issue shares they need to make it attractive and discount accordingly. These parasites just use that information to damage the SP further.
I too will write an email. Will probably get deleted upon receiving it.
Again I am only saying to put a stop on shoring for companies in the explorer/development phase.
