"Appears" and "believes" has a much looser ring than what Cameco themselves say.
Not saying you or Mr Huhn are wrong or right...I'll just believe it when I see it. For obvious reasons as a holder though...I do hope you are right and that the bull case I believe is more likely comes to fruiition!
