Ahh so now your changing your story a touch, H2 and Q3 are specific time frames. You have continually been saying "H2 2024 is delayed to Q3 2024" don't get mad at me because your too dumb to know these are the same thing. You're now trying to pick apart the use of the word "mid" in some investor presentations when I would argue that Q2 and Q3 could be considered "mid" year if you're not sure when exactly when you will be providing an FID, especially when you're giving indications a year in advance. You're just being deliberately obtuse now because you're a wee bit embarrassed at having been called out for not knowing what you're talking about. Seriously if you think a company saying "mid year 2024" and then saying "Q3 2024" 3-4 months later is some bad delay that needs some explanation, then your a lot more naïve and inexperienced in this investing game then I would've guessed.
