    yep the Kazacs
are f*ed, at least for the next few years

also Cameco are f*ed and have been telling utilities they are now sold out - no new contracts for now

Also hearing because Cameo's old legacy contracts have flex provisions (normally + or - 20%), producers have flexed up to take all they can at yesterdays prices, and Cameco is having to buy in the spot market to meet their existing contracted obligations to utilities.

two Japanese trading houses are in the market looking for long term uranium supply contracts and are willing to pay what ever it takes

am hearing new contracts now being discussed include a floor price and no ceiling price, and flex provisions are no more, gone, done! All these are terms which significantly benefit new suppliers

instos tried to screw JB and massively shorted Deep Yellow in the hope of picking up cheap shares from a capital raising but it wasn’t to be … JB cancels catch-up - tells them to f* off

    now this speculation :-

    - I’m guessing the Japanese Trading Houses have asked JB “what will it take to bring Tumus project construction / production forward” and a possible significant capital injection / share issuance is being discussed, after all they did it for Lynas to help them into production, so why not do it for Deep Yellow

hold onto your Deep Yellow shares, I’m guessing we will see significant share price appreciation over the next 12 months if production plans are announced and we now enter the Pre Production Sweat Spot (PPSS)

The average gain from a construction decision to first pour is 98.11 percent, and the average gain from construction decision to commercial production is 113.8 percent

    https://investingnews.com/daily/resource-investing/precious-metals-investing/gold-investing/lobo-tiggre-pre-production-sweet-spot/

significant upside is likely to much higher levels than the PPSW forecasts if JB signs contracts with no ceiling and uranium prices zoom to US$200 lb or higher

it all points to one thing - the short sellers are well and truly f*ed, f*ed, f*ed, the bastard are going to get burnt big time for trying to f* JB over
