Purely from a TA point of view, the chart for LYC is looking spectacular.
The Bollinger Bands are squeezed together tighter than a nun's knickers, and have been like that for the last 15 trading days. That is a fantastic probability that a sudden, sharp price move is imminent. And the MACD and its signal line are running flat along the zero line too - another sign of a pent-up move waiting to happen.
Of course, this could be either up or down, BUT some of the other indicators, including my favourite, the Volume Flow Indicator (VFI) are suggesting that the sudden move in price could be UP. The VFI has just crossed up through zero at a steep angle - an excellent portent of things to come usually. It last did this in mid-March - just before the price started to accelerate out of the gates and head upwards.
The Bolly Bands are what really interest me though, as having been squeezed for 15 trading days is unusual. And the probability of a significant price move increases, the longer the bands remain in this narrow range.
Things could explode upwards, perhaps as early as the start of next week....
