Of course technical charts are being formed by those news coming out, by insiders who know them, etc. I only look at the accumulation on charts, long and short term accumulations. If there is no accumulation there is no news for me. I am not only a chartist. I research the fundemantels of the stocks, but charts help me more than anything to make the decison for entering a stock. LYC is the best one for me in 200 stock I am watching; by its industry: Resources, by its product: REE, by its takeover bid by CNMC, by its long term accumulation: See momentum in weekly chart, and short term positive divergence in stochastic cart. There is no other stock showing every sign of upside trend like this that I am aware of.
