SGR has a proven track record with an adequate balance sheet; all healthy. Its SP took a dive recently after warning about a downturn in revenue due to decline in high rollers or whales. Now at $4 it is almost in undervalued territory based on future cash flow (which gives it an intrinsic value of around $4.7). And to top it all it pays a beauty of a dividend with a yield of 5.85%. It is in the process of major expansionary works.
