    in phos , you will see at the end the director is confident IMH will get contracts to clean up the Whole
    lake and work should start in early 2003...

    Now that is a bigger call than VTI has ever made.

    If they do get it then i suspect their 8.4 mill cap will
    rise in a hurry...
