Yes a jolly good idea from the outgoing Chair and interim CEO, only after some very cleverly crafted and sharp questioning from Inquiry Counsel. May be somewhat naïve and imprudent but isn't that the responsibility of the Board and senior executives as an integral part of standard operating procedures ie compliance with the law, despite a contemporary non compliance audit presented several years ago by an independent party?
