Well the market is valuing ESG at a small discount to the offer .. the offer would value ESG at 87.5 currently given the STO share price. Until we see the share price above the offer (i.e. above 87.5) I will read that as the market being underwhelmed by the chances of a counter offer. We will see ... early days yet. This will be al over the media tomorrow so more buyers may pile in after that ... forcing a higher offer perhaps?
