Yes King. But only as far as they will be counted at the time that they will need the 50% plus one vote of the people present and voting. Once that 50% plus one vote is reached, then they can vote their full 20.97% of the shares in favour of the resolution to reach the 75%, and there is nothing we can do to change that.
