    re: suckers rally-the start of a new bull market everything indicates a suckers rally or DCB...perhaps that is why I don't think it is.
    It may be rallying a tad too hard but I think the bottom may have been found.
    We may bounce off it a few more times yet but ....oh what do I know.

    I am kicking myself for not buying NCP warrant 2 days ago...now up 100%....it was only going to be a quick in and out grrrrrr.
