When first bombs dropped in previous Iraqi war the DOW rallied 3.5%, Dow rallies roughly same amount last night, yet no bombs. Certainly seems like the smart money got the jump getting in the other day! They would already have nice gains. Dow up 10% from Wednesday lows. Nas up 25% (I think they said on CNBC) from October lows. Will we see mad buying, out of fear of missing the rally? Will the smart money sell into this fear?
