Hi Camma8 …. I have much respect for Peter Milne, the author of that report (from last October) in WA Today, but I still have my fingers crossed for EPA approval sooner rather than later .
That hope is based largely on the June 14 site visit by key EPA members ….
Here’s a reminder:
Why prioritise bringing a whole team out there (three months ago!) unless it was timely in relation to approvals?
And then there were the rumours after that out of the Noosa Mining Conference on July 21 that we would have positive news by the end of quarter 3 - which has just three weeks left to run.
And to add to my confirmation bias; on August 10 the Progress Update [ref] noting completion of the new APA gas line (which now requires a spur to be built to power TMT’s Murchison project, plus the fact there was now a road access agreement in place with the shire of Meekatharra and a Port Access and Service Agreement with Geraldton Port was on the way;
. … “Technology Metals intends to import reagents and equipment, and export bulk products via the Port. Discussions with the MWPA on the use of the Port are progressing under the JCA with a view to transition to a Port Access and Service Agreement (Port Agreement).”..
It seems to me - rightly or wrongly - that the show is being readied to hit the road, and that the June EPA visit to the site - within just a few weeks of the May $11.5m cash raise was a key factor ….
… and it’s been so long already. :/
I guess even if there is no EPA news we’ll hear soon that the Port Agreement is in place ?
cheers
