    Ok for clarification purposes

    The ITE report is done for the benefit of the debt providers - commissioned by us but not actually our report. It is used by the debt providers for them to assess financing scenarios and provide term sheets for the project funding. Our discussion of the ITE in the public domain was to demonstrate how advanced we are in financing discussions.
