I am not optimistic with EPA timelines at all, but as long as Ian worked closely enough with them that this will be the last required resubmission, then we're looking good..

Not going to be a happy day if we hear of EPA adding any new requirements or rejecting our latest submission on any basis.

They don't like letting a project out of there clutches until it is 101% perfect it seems, so I hope every i was dotted twice for good measure.
