    Will be cashed up, has all the JV's and contacts in place....ex liberal MP Mal Washer running it.

    Good luck getting stock in Auscann, that's going to be the only problem as the guys behind it will keep it tight and stag it nicely.

    Ive heard they have shell lined up already for RTO
