I don't predict the price Skol, only buy and sell points, where I think the percentages are in my favour. So obviously that infers short term price direction.

If you want me to predict well into the future, well only an idiot would say that any commodity price in dollars will go down over the very long term. It has inflation working for it. So you are then betting on a technological breakthrough decreasing cost of supply, or a collapse in demand by substitution. I can't perceive either of those for gold.
