As a litmus test for the World economy, imo, there is only one way for gold to go in the near to long term,. That is massively up.
USA is faltering badly; Europe is a basket case and China now has up to 10000 tonnes. Greece is expected to exit the ECM. What will that do to confidence.
The rest is inevitable.
Buy gold and gold stocks as soon as you can.

Gold's sails keep getting filled with a nice breeze for a short period, then it's back to the doldrums. As a 41 year Au player, I am convinced that some vested interests are determined to keep it at the approximate level of $1,200 usd.
