You're redirected to the MSN search page because MSN (Microsoft Network) is owned by the same company that owns Internet Explorer - Microsoft! It is not cybersquatting because it is sort of like, the inbuilt search page of internet explorer.
Why do you think you get IE explorer for free?
What Ansearch does is very much NOT legal - of course don't take my word for it. You can only take leads for further investigation from hearsay on chat sites.
Brief explanation of what cybersquatting is, for others who don't know. It's basically where you make money off other people's trademarks. Ansearch is doing exactly that - go to www.theheraldsun.com.au for example (one of hundreds of trademarks infringed upon by ansearch) and you end up directed to Ansearch's page.
How popular would ansearch be without traffic made from other's trademarks? Well, look at the the most searched for terms - google tops the list! LOL
