Not sure how to write this so it stays up, but I've just received some interesting information since I posted this Thread.
Seems Liew Jwo was only a nominee director on behalf of Anthony Dunlop. Dunlop passed the 60% ownership shares over to Liew Jwo and to then have him act as his nominee director. Things just got even murkier
