I believe The IDSB deal was premeditated even before the raise of 50m
it looks like this was the vessel put in place to assist in syphoning the money.
This deal seems to be the catalyst as it never really made any sense why so much money was poured into this company most of the money raised was allocated to it with only a 42%
ownership no real prospect a flimsy license agreement which expired less than 18 months after we bought in .
This deal never made or stacked up to us but they knew exactly what they were doing .
Rather than dissecting all the other claims can't this deal be investigated to the fullest im sure this one will reveal all the main players and tactics used to betray the shareholders
