my point is there is the lack of the killer instinct in this company and we see this in the Australian market the commercial activity is weak "why do we have coke label fridges with other brands in it" and where is the 500ml fruze tea why is it not in the fast food outlets.
It obvious that the big story and bet was Indonesia to prop up the results but failure. If the management cannot get fruze tea on the shelves how can they win in Indonesia.
Need to replace senior management with an active and go get team.
