    If correct what an unbelievable scam.

    The issue is of course will this corruption prevail? So much is at stake and so many have so much to lose in scams far bigger than Madoff.

    If the USA regulators refuse to regulate, which appears to be the case with regard to USA gold and silver markets, where a blind eye is turned, how will this corruption be defeated?

    It will not be defeated in the USA in my opinion.

    It's ironic isn't it that China may now have more honest markets than the USA. Corruption in China is punishable by death.
