Usually the herd gets .01-.02 gain they run for exit. Adding to the upside of crude is of course the fact that the US dollar is at a 3 year low and adds lots value to oil because it trades in dollars. Actually is it very positive that dollar is falling because it make our good cheaper and the goods are cheaper that means demand is increased and demand increases then OIL is also needed. We have the usual uncertainty of the world powers~ oil production could be curbed at any time in a host rabbit countries, world demand increases and the dollar stays weak and the shorts also get caught.
