Hmmm normally I'd agree with you... buuuuut, lets not forget that the board exists for the benefit of shareholders.

Given they have openly stated how dynamic the market opportunity has been (ie wild fluctuation in demand), I think it prudent to open the communication lines perhaps a little bit more. They were certainly more frequent when the variations were consistently to the upside.

I'm just cautious of the tight relations that the major (pre ipo) holders have with management/board and that they may be far more informed than the rest of the market (pure speculation on my part). I also note most of these top 20 holders are in escrow arrangements fwiw.
