I'm not convinced you have been other than lucky, sometimes, with HDR in the last couple of months. Any one of the drilling or other pieces of news would have seen the price move opposite to your calls, very quickly if the news had been good enough. However continued poor results to date have inevitably caused the sp to retreat, test and then fall through resistance levels.
I'm in for a longer term, investing more than trading, and have done very well picking lows which consequently have me in at an excelent average.
I appreciate that one can sometimes get back in early on good news, though I haven't the ability of being able to get to a computer regularly enough.
Not to say that I don't look at charts and appreciate their use!
Good fortune to you and your system, I hope you will needd to call a string of longs for HDR, preferrably soon! we'll see.
