Yes, a very good summary of where we are at right now.
You can forget the past attempts to get this game breaking technology off the ground. You get that on big jobs so to speak. The world has been ignoring cleaning up the abundant resource of lignite in favour of flirting with alternative "clean" energy etc and have found out it's going to take a good deal longer and costings will have to come down.
We have the solution right now to bridge that transition towards cleaner emmisions, and at financially acceptable terms.
