    now this is interesting . The big fella announces to the world he'll be buying $1mil bucks worth starting Monday and a day after he starts the buying we get a market sensetive announcement!. ?He's obviously been able to side step the Director buying guidelines somehow. Any views? Was it the fact he gave 48hrs notice?
