Just what the sp does will be determined by where these shares go.

Sun111's post seems to show that HK/Asian cash seems to like new coal ventures.

If DJC gave all the shares they are to get to Unsophisticated-sophisticated's and they all came onto market,given recent market volume with CCC, I cant see them lasting long given the company developments now in motion with CCC.

Id also bear in mind that any such major acquisition,be it a Mashala asset or a partial JV,vaults CCC into the T/O targets of bigger players.Whether the mine assets are too fractured for these bigger guys to take on becomes the issue.It may be that these assets are only attractice to say a CCC as the big guys tend to like big projects.

But then that suits me if these guys can kick in upwards of 7MT in a few years the sp should be quite healthy by then.
