    123 - a selective buy back can be initiated but requires shareholder approval through a general meeting of the company. This of course also means another IER being commissioned explaining whether the non associated shareholders are/are not disadvantaged (I.e. fair/not fair + reasonable/unreasonable) buy the selective buy back.
