i hope we can get those shares off them with the sales & marketing agreement to boot, WEG paid ~ $18million (0.355 x 49,000,000) for the shares so say $24million for the shares + marketing agreement sounds good? we can hand them to chenxi on her way out the door perhaps..

if we get another announcement this afternoon we might make it back online tomorrow, at the very least id expect a more detailed announcement on exactly where we are at with WEG & HK Group!
